Disable Custom Tenders when invoking ACTION_SECURE_PAY

Hi,Is it possible to hide 3rd party or merchant created custom tenders when invoking ACTION_SECURE_PAY.
Please see screen below

No that's not possible.

I think the idea is that if the merchant doesn't want that tender they should uninstall the app that provides the tender. It's the merchant's choice.
