When a request for payment is sent to Clover, will a payment window open in an Ecommerce site?

We have developed an Ecomm integration code on Wix Velo and installed it on our website for customers to use Clover as a check out option through a Clover API, as soon as the customer selects the place and pay, it is supposed to pull up a payment window to enter all the CC info and pay. This is not happening, the connection to Clover is not sending a payment window to complete the payment.
