Why it's always confirm payment (onConfirmPaymentRequest) even after I closeout?

I use semi integration for ios app.

When I test with 1 credit card, it's always enter confirm payment (onConfirmPaymentRequest), even I test with different amount and after closeout.

Please let me know what's wrong?

It's probably a duplicate challenge, you can read more above - 'A DUPLICATE_CHALLENGE is raised when multiple Payments are made with the same card type and last four digits within the same hour.'
