Card Not Present Transaction method

Hi

Can someone point me in the direct of the method to use/details for integrating the Card Not Present mode? So we can send a call from our software to Clover Mini (connected via USB) for a "Card Not Present" type transaction.

Secondly the method/details on integrating with the virtual cash draw
