Wrong 6 digit passcode for clover flex 2 after activation

Hi there.
We got a new clover flex 2 dev kit. After associating the device with a sandbox account, it updated and require 6 digit passcode which was not found anywhere in the developer dashboard or testing location dashboard. I tried to disassociate the device but nothing happened.
Please let us know what we should do next?

Where did you purchase this devkit? Did you purchase it from our site or from a 3rd party?

Amigo Payments (First Data ISO) helped us purchase the device. I'm pretty sure it was a brand new one when we boosted it up
