Not receiving webhook notifications

Webhook URL(POST): https://boomerangeatsapp.com/dev/restaurant/clover/webhook
We have added webhook URL and clicked "Send Verification Code", the verification notification got received on the Webhook URL with verification code. After that we have subscribed to all webhook events events. Also, we have read and write permissions for all categories.

Now, when we are trying to add a new inventory item from dashboard OR from REST API, we are not getting any notification on Webhook URL. Please let us know what is the problem.

Did you install your application to the merchant (https://docs.clover.com/docs/installing-your-app-to-your-test-merchant)? The application must be installed for you to receive webhooks. If you need us to look into this more you will need to give us the Clover merchant uuid (same id you use in your REST calls).
