We have noticed in the past that at odd times we may not get the web hooks for a valid payment done for an order. We have seen in the past that sometimes we don't get the web hook for an app download. We normally tell the merchant to uninstall the app and install it again. Wondering whether you guys can add an API method that will list the last few web hooks ( kind of history of all web hooks ) that are sent out. That will help developers to see if there are any valid hooks that got missed to deliver.
