Reaction to Ideas & Feedback space?

I wonder if the Ideas & Feedback space is monitored? It's a bit hidden, so voting is not used. I am also still wondering why such a crucial feature for app developers like a feedback option for users who uninstall ( see https://community.clover.com/idea/24587/get-feedback-from-merchants-who-uninstall-an-app.html ) has not been implemented yet?

In the end it's most important to have many subscribers and the proposed feedback option would help a lot to understand why Clover merchants uninstall an app.

The community in general has gone through various periods of neglect. That being said over the last year or so it has mostly been monitored pretty well. I don't see that an issue was created for your ideas post so I will create one now.
