Timeline to Submit Application to the Market in 2020

We are almost done with our application, but I was told that after some date Reviewing team doesn't work for some time in new applications submissions within that time.

If so when will be that time.

First time submitting an app.

I am told that we are currently in the process of releasing a notice/docs regarding this.
