How to connect clover mini through php script?

Please provide any document to follow the steps, for connecting Clover Mini through PHP. We have a php application and would like to integrate clover mini for payments.

Did created app in Sandbox account, but it's not letting me submit the app without APK File. Whereas we don't have android app, it's only desktop application in exe format.

We don't have PHP integration. You can use our JavaScript SDK - https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/cloud-sdk-v3.
