I've recently received my dev kit, when I try to associate my Dev Kit to my Sandbox account following the steps at https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/setting-up-your-devkit#associate-your-device, I'm getting: The serial number you entered doesn’t match our records. Please check the number again. I've tried entering both serial numbers that appear in the sticker (2817019RP0E0055 and 17017RP10000082), so, at this point, I have no idea what am I doing wrong and I can't find any help online.
