When do we get paid?

Hi,

We have not received any disbursements from our app market sales. We have sales going back two months that still havent been paid out. I was wondering if you could fill us in on the process since we are newer partners.

Also, I noticed some merchants have "ACH Reject" in their payment status. How long does this go on for before they are deactivated by clover for non payment?

It's been a few days and this wasnt the first time emailing about this issue and I havent heard back. Is there an alternate method to reach someone?
