hi,
if we wanted to introduce metered billing into an app that is already live in the app store so we can introduce a lower price for additional locations how do we accomplish that? how do other vendors handle additional locations?

adding metered billing to an existing app
I would suggest not using metered billing unless you absolutely have to. There's no way to update or change them once they are set up which is a huge drawback if you ever need to play with different pricing strategies.
