Show tip selection on clover flex

Hi, My Flex Dev device wont show the tips on the device when taking payment.
I'm trying to test some things out but no matter what settings I put the tips screen never shows up.

How can I get it to show?

Yeah, that doesn't work! I followed the instructions, not the code ones, and I don't have those options. I have the device setup for Canada. Maybe the settings are different because when it was setup for US the tip showed up on screen.
