Safelisting additional IP addresses for production services | Aug 24th, 2020

On July 13th, 2020, Clover migrated the North America (NA) production environment for improved performance, stability, and availability. Additional IP addresses are now available for Clover production services.

If you have safelisted IP addresses for using any Clover production services, please add the following addresses to your existing list:

  • 34.67.250.64/28
  • 35.192.193.112/28
  • 35.234.177.240/28
  • 35.245.103.240/28
  • 166.73.4.0/24
  • 169.47.57.64/26
  • 169.47.58.64/27
  • 169.47.192.160/27
  • 169.47.194.192/26
  • 204.124.250.0/25
  • 204.124.250.128/25
  • 206.201.60.0/23

You can also find this list in the public.clover.com/networks.json file.

NOTE: Do not delete any existing safelisted IP addresses.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

"will improve availability": Will this have any impact on the availability times of the export API, which is only available during the night? Or will you allow to make order requests for data older than 60 days (current recommendation on https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/api-usage-rate-limits )

Hi Matt, updates to the export API has been a popular request. Later this week, we are adding improvements to the availability of the export API as well. We will follow-up here as soon as the information is public. Thanks

Besides the time windows, another problem of the export API is the fact that not all data can be fetched from it, e.g. payments cannot be expanded with tender or cardTransactions. As long as this is the case, the export API has limited number of use cases.

We're seeing the /pakms/apikey endpoint failing with {"message":"401 Unauthorized"} in production after this change. Sandbox is still working fine.
