Business logo isn't used for subscription related email notifications. Why?

Hello, I uploaded my business logo via the Clover dashboard. This seems to be working as expected because general email notification from Clover use my business logo. See below.

I have a recurring payment plan setup in my Clover dashboard. When Clover sends out email notifications regarding the subscription it doesn't use my business logo. It uses a generic storefront graphic. See below.

I uploaded my business logo and it's being used in general email notifications so why doesn't Clover use my business logo for plan/subscription-based email notifications? Please advise.

The reason your business logo isn't being used in subscription-related email notifications is likely due to how Clover handles different types of email templates. While general notifications may automatically pull from your uploaded logo, subscription or recurring payment emails might use a separate default graphic or template, which may not include your logo. You can reach out to Clover support to inquire about customizing the subscription email templates.
