Developer Account Approval

I believe this question was asked a few years back, but how long does it typically take to have a developer account approved? We have an application ready for approval, but need the dev account approved beforehand.

I too am waiting since almost a month now and there is neither any response nor a way present to get to the support. Not able to find any.

So did you have your dev account approved here ?
