Developer account US pending approval

Hello, our startup developer account is pending approval from over 5 weeks. Even the sandbox account is pending approval.

We already have a DevKit and an App and are waiting on verification of US ID.


Haven't got any emails or status from Clover support. This is an electronic ID and passport that can be verified online.
