Not receiving Verification Code

I'm trying to login to my production account but it keeps on saying to enter the verification code but I'm not receiving anything on my authenticator app. What should I do?

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, have you tried restarting your phone? If you are a merchant contact Clover support
