Now we are using default app for refund, but when we try to refund with default app after making payment we got "Error connecting to payment gateway. Please try again later." error message, earlier it's working fine but now we are facing these issues and if we try after some time for refund then it's working fine. Please suggest me why we are getting these issues.
Is this happening while you're attempting to perform the refund by hand or programmatically? Please provide complete details so that we may reproduce the problem on our end.
