Review score is dropping without any reviews

App Name: Order Display 2.0 (Browser Based KDS)

My Review score for my App should be 3.38. I emailed support about this on May 10th 2024. At that time my score dropped to 3.37. Now my score has dropped to 3.36 and there have been no reviews or changes to reviews.
