How can I customize my receipt, for non restaurant application?

we have a web based app and want to print office visit payment, need an ability to customize the payment receipt.

What sort of customizations are you looking for?

You can customize the receipt by going to Setup => Receipts.

However, the options available there are very limited. I want to know how to fully customize the receipt too (like adding logos).

We do now allow you to add a logo to a receipt, but you cannot "fully customize" the receipt. You can however print your own receipts from your own application. Check out the class PrintJob in the Clover Android SDK.
