Order 0$ with payment and without refunds and discount

Hi!
We noticed for one of the orders on Clover front-end the following values:

  • Order total: $0
  • However, there is a payment associated with that order with amount $3.25
  • There is no refund or discount

Please see image below:

Is there any reason why Order would be $0 if there is a payment associated with it and there are no refunds and discounts?
The impact is that we have calculations mismatch as the amount is present in Payment totals.

Yes, whoever created the order did not set the total. Did you create the order? How? Many clover APIs require you to properly set the order total. I suggest reading the clover developer docs
