Order in Locked State, subsequently deleted

Using the API we retrieved information about an order. The order had a payment associated, and was in state locked.
We saved the data in an external system, but when we went back to check for changes, the order is now deleted. I was under the impression that locked orders can not be deleted, but it seems that at least in this case it happened.

Hi @Duane Craw, it's possible that the Order's Payment was voided, which would have switched the Order's "state" back to "open". With an "open" state, that Order could then have been deleted from the Orders app. We'd need specific OrderIDs to investigate what happened on a case-by-case basis, but this is one scenario where you may see the behavior you've described.
