Questions about purchasing test cards

Hello, I have some questions about Testing REST Pay flows:


1.I want to test chip and NFC functionality, purchase the test cards from B2.Can I use the test cards on the link：

2.I want to test Apple Pay and Google Pay in China,Can I use the following test suite:

The majority of test cards from https://b2ps.com/ should be fine to test your app functionality but please consider that Clover is not available in China and we don't support that region.

I am only developing in China, using sandbox environment testing, and the actual application scenario is still in the United States
