How to submit app for production approval

Hi, we developed app for QR code ordering and we want to submit the app for review but we don't know how to do that. We have an account only on Clover's sandbox https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/. how can we have account on your production environment here https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/dashboard/login and submit the app for review?

Hi,

You will first need to submit a developer account and those instructions can be found here: https://docs.clover.com/docs/developer-accounts

Next, your account will need to be approved. Here is information about the developer approval process: https://docs.clover.com/docs/developer-account-approval

Additionally, here is information on submitting your app in production and getting it approved: https://docs.clover.com/docs/developer-app-approval

Lastly, I just want to make sure you are aware that you do not need any approvals in your sandbox environment; it is just for testing :)

If all else fails, please follow Sonal's suggestions and send an email our way!

Hi these docs don't help you create an account. The instructions don't match what the links show. Can you please provide the correct link for creating a production developer account? I have been looking for about an hour now and gone through your entire documentation. All I have managed is to create a dev sandbox account and test merchant.

The prompts are straightforward for creating your account. It should be similar to the Sandbox account creation
