Semi integration certification next steps?

So I submitted the app form that David instructed me to in order to get my app certified probably three weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I was under the impression I was going to be contacted in order to proceed with the next steps. Any idea when I should expect to be contacted? This is a big hold up in our custom in store integration.
