Dev Kit not syncing supported devices

On the clover merchant portal, I have an app that has all devices listed as supported.

Using a Flex2, I factory reset the device and check for my app on the main screen. It is not there. In the More Tools -> Installed Apps, the app shows as unsupported.

Sorry, my error.

The UI was a little confusing. I just saw the blue background highlighted and didn't realize text underneath was saying that only flex1 was only enabled and not all.
