E-Commerce API Order Payment is down in Sandbox

When calling sandbox endpoint https://scl-sandbox.dev.clover.com/v1/order/{order_id}/pay it's failing now with the following error:

We have made some improvements with our test gateway but it can go down from time to time. Usually the problem is temporary. If this doesn't resolve in a few hours let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I have the same issue for last 13 hours. Can you please check to see what is going on?

I will look into it, with it being the weekend I am not sure if I will be able to get anything done (as this is a test gateway).

Payment endpoint is still down for me. I'm still getting the same error.
