Apps stuck in Pending Signing, does signing only happen on certain days?

Hello,

I submitted two separate apps on Friday and both seem to have been approved but they both are in the "Pending signing" phase. I've never seen Pending signing take longer than a few hours but now its been a couple of days. Is signing only happening on certain days now?

I'm having the exact same issue. We've been in "Pending Signing" for 7 days now.

From what I can tell it looks like we have been having an issue with one of the servers that handles this and that it is scheduled to be resolved today.
