Is there any way to upload an APK to a specific device (only one)?

Hello, I want to try a fix I did, however, I would like to know if there is a way to send an APK for only one device (production), is it even possible?

Note: I want to observe the device for days, then if I feel confident, I can send the APK for all devices.

No, I don't think that is possible, merchant level is the finest.
