I have the Zebra scanner connected with the Clover Station Pro which scans all the barcodes successfully and pulling up items in the Register app.
But when I scan the same items using the Clover Flex then it is not scanning the same items.
Do we need to configure something in the Clover flex?
Example:
Please refer to the below-shown pictures of my inventory Item stored in Clover and the Picture of the real barcode.
When I scan this item using the Zebra DS9308 scanner then it scans 2840033181 and finds the item correctly.
ISSUE WITH CLOVER FLEX:
But when I scan this item using my Clover Flex then it does not find this item and it actually scans the number 02840033814.
So if you closely mark it then the Clover Flex scans first and last character as well but I actually want to scan only the middle numbers.
