What if we call E-Comm API charge with {"capture" : false} and never charge the transaction?
How long the expiry time of the charge until we cannot capture the charge?
Any fee would be charged to the merchant for the API call?

A merchant normally pays a fee on any authorization depending on their msa.

I am not certain about the merchant charges, I can ask around but I may not get an answer until after the new year. As far as the expiration on the capture our docs say 7 days - https://docs.clover.com/docs/ecommerce-accepting-payments.
