Market listing and metered pricing issue for Canada

Dear,


recently we got the green light to offer our app in Canada from Clover team.

In that context, we have defined market listing, pricing, and distribution for Canada.

The only thing we were not able to do is metered pricing for Canada (we have defined metered pricing for the US) since Clover doesn't allow a change in metered pricing once you publish the app.

In the production environment, we have created one test merchant (in Canada). When trying to install our app for this merchant through More Tools we are not able to select the desired plan, the button is disabled with the message "Requires another plan". Please see the attached image.



Few questions:

- Is it possible to extended existing metered pricing entry and add price for Canada?

- if it is not possible to extend existing metered pricing, cab we use for Canada pricing defined for the US? Any issue with FX conversion in that case?

- Please advise how we can resolve "Requires another plan" in the App market for Canada?

How long ago? I just checked the queue and I don't see any emails from your email address within the last month that match what you are asking here.

Hi David,


the last email was sent on 10.09.2020 (reminder), the initial request was sent on 03.09.

It was sent to a person assigned to support us for Canada boarding and appmarketbusiness@clover.com.

Hope this helps to identify email.
