Re-associate a device between merchants

Hello! I have essentially the same problem as this topic: https://community.clover.com/questions/19499/how-to-re-associate-a-device-from-one-merchant-to.html

Paired a Clover to a test merchant, that test merchant isn't in "scope" or something of our developer account, now I can't re-associate the devkit to another merchant. The device shows up on the test merchant location but not in the list of devkits for me to re-associate.

I'm not sure where to submit the devkit serial and merchant ID to get this switched over. Any help is appreciated!

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

In a moderators only post (Select "Viewable by all users" then choose Viewable by moderators) provide me with the merchant id that you would like to assign the device to and the device serial number.
