Merchant deleted private app on Clover Mini - this deleted app from all other devices associated to merchant

Merchant deleted a private app on a Clover Mini and it deleted it from all the other devices associated to that merchant.

This issue occurred in our sandbox environment.

How do I reinstall the app to all the devices associated to the merchant?
