Where to upload video for functional review?

This is my first time submitting app for a review. The app approval process mentions that we need to provide a video explaining the app functions. Where should we upload that video? Does that step (to upload video) come after submitting the app for review? This is where I'm at right now,

The current process is to send the video to semi-integrations@clover.com.
