Can not add Online Ordering application through preview market

Hi clover team,

We have created merchant successfully on Sandbox

But we cannot add our Online Ordering Redfox application through preview market.

Can you please suggest the solution ?

You cannot install your application to arbitrary merchants on sandbox. The merchant must be associated with your developer account.

Yes merchant is associated with our developer account only ...we cannot install our own online ordering application through preview market

Please suggest the solution.

Provide me with the merchant id and app id in a private post (see the sticky for how to create one). I don't get any results for "redfox" when I search for apps in Sandbox. Are you sure you application is in the sandbox environment (and not prod)?

I believe the app market only displays apps that are published.
