CapturePreAuth request not getting callback response in PaymentConnector on clover mini.

We have gone through the below similar older question

but not found any solution which help us, We are able to do the all operations like sale, refund, PreAuth and able to get callbacks for the same but not getting CapturePreAuth callback.

Setting amount and paymentId fields in CaptureAuthRequest and the method is not in AsyncTask. So can you please let us know is there any settings on clover payment portal for the same or we are missing something in it?
