Can't make any changes in the Clover Dashboard: Cover image can't be uploaded until this locale is published

Hello,

I've created a new app but cant modify any of the app details (screenshots, description, etc). I get either of the following errors:

  • Cover image can't be uploaded until this locale is published
  • Save failed, please check your network connection and try again.

I cant make any changes to it, and can't delete the app info so i can start again.

Any help please?

Thanks for responding!

I'm using my home laptop. I can make and publish changes in the Sandbox Clover and Production Clover on other apps, except this one specific one.

Tried clearing cache, different browsers, and different devices but same issue.

I meant which country are you accessing the site from? What is the app id? Is the problem happening on prod or sandbox?

Gotcha. United States and for now it seems to be isolated to PROD.

The app ID is 4Z4XYZHM6XE44 but the app is still in Draft Mode. Not yet published.

We are experiencing the same issue. U.S. based, prod environment.

App ID is BPRCBHHMGD9G2. Another app in the same developer dashboard does not have this issue. Please advise.

I just logged in as the account owner and I am not having any issues making changes.
