Unable to change app permissions in sandbox

Hello,


I created an app in sandbox with all permissions. Now I need to change the permissions to match more closely what my actual app is going to need but I cannot seem to change the app permissions in the sandbox. The Save button stays grayed out.


I am using the beta version of the new developer dashboard.


Can somebody please advise.

You are correct - I should have looked harder. That said, I have provided a reason for every requested permission but still the Save button is disabled. I have tried Chrome and Firefox with the same results. I have this issue only in Sandbox.
