I read the document and think I understand it. To clarify metered billing, I can charged a fixed fee, say $0.10, for every transaction a customer makes on my self-ordering app. The seller will then pay this transaction fee to me on top of the processing fees Paid to Clover. Is my understanding correct?
Alternatively, can I charge a percentage of the total order instead of a fixed fee?

I believe that is correct, but I am not an expert on billing. Currently, a fixed fee is all that is available.
