Can't Find App in Sandbox App Store

I have successfully uploaded a new app to the Sandbox App Store but I am unable to find the app in the store to install on the device. I have insured that I have a Subscription for my locale and that all required fields are provided.

Anything changed in this process? I have not created a New app in several years. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

The app won't be available until submitted and approved. You can side load your app or you can push your app to your test merchant via the Clover dashboard - https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/developer-kit-faqs.

In the past, I have been able to see the recently uploaded app in the "More Tools" section of the Developer Dashboard as well as the "More Tools" app on the device. Has that changed? Am I suppose to sideload the device directly now? Please advise.

Did you read my previous comment? You can find some additional information here - https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/working-with-apks.

Yes, I read your previous comment. When you state "you can push your app to your test merchant via the Clover dashboard", does this refer to the sandbox app store? If so, I have already uploaded the apk there. If not, does that mean I must side load the apk? In the past I would upload the apk to the sandbox app store and I would see my app to install.

It has been awhile since I have been through the process. Someone from the developer platform team may be able to clarify the process. Until then, I would side load your APK to get up and going.

I have the Station 1 devkit. Can the Station 1 be side loaded? Do you have any documentation on this process?

Good question and there is some conflicting information floating around. The Station 1 requires a special non-standard debugging cable for adb over usb. It is not clear to me if we shipped these with our devkits but I don't think so. Our documentation says you can't connect a Station via USB debugging and you have to use tcpip and that it is preset on the device - https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/setting-up-your-devkit. The problem with that is I am fairly sure you have to first connect via usb to set up tcpip. But I will trust our docs and assume the preset takes care of this. If you can try tcpip per the instructions in the above link and report back that would be helpful.

UPDATE: We never shipped the Station 1 debug cable with the Station 1 devkits. However, the Station 1 is preset for ADB over TCP, and this is verified to work. You DO NOT need to connect via USB first.

I am able to install on my Station 1 device by side loading over WiFi using the instructions you provided. Thanks.

Does this guarantee that my app will be able to install from the App Store when we are ready for release? Or is it possible that my app could violate Clover's rules and be denied because I have bypassed the normal installation process?
