How to open the Register app on emulator?

I'm running the emulator using the hardware profile distributed for the mini gen2. I don't see the Register app on the emulator. Do I need to do something specific to open the Register app on the emulator?

It is possible that your test merchant has the Payments Plus service plan. This would mean you would not have access to the Register app, as outlined in our docs here: https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/understanding-modules#section--merchant-plans-

If you send me your Merchant ID in a private comment, I'll be able to upgrade your test merchant's service plan for you.

I see. This is corroborated by the test hardware, where our mini gen2 has a Register app but it has no inventory and does not allow me to add inventory.
