Is developer pay API available for US and Canada only?

Hi clover support Team,
I am developing a payment application and i am doing a payment by using the developer pay API which is available for US only, currently i seen on the clover website an updatation on the developer pay API used for US and Canada only.below is the link :-

Kindly give the confirmation is it available for US and Canada only ?

Yes, Developer Pay API is only available for US and Canada currently. We do not have an ETA on when this will be available to other countries.
