RAM of Clover devices

How much RAM do the Clover devices have? This information is useful for setting up realistic emulators.

Clover Station 2018: 3 GB ( https://docs.clover.com/build/clover-devices/) or 4 GB ( https://www.clover.com/get-paid/station)
Clover Station: ?
Clover Mini: ?
Clover Mobile: 2 GB (1875 MB according to my script used on devkit)
Clover Flex: 1 GB ( https://www.clover.com/get-paid/flex)

Mini: 2GB (Mini is nearly identical to Mobile)
