Printer setting inconstancy between sandbox and production

We are unable to reproduce the printer settings which is configured by our merchants with our sandbox provisioned devkits as the printer settings we see on the devkit is different to what our merchants sees

Below is what we see on our devkit

Is it possible for us to get the latest version to our sandbox devkit.

Thank you for your valuable feedback.

We've confirmed that the Order Receipts settings page differs in the Sandbox environment from production. We are creating a ticket to get the Sandbox environment updated but we have no ETA for when the change will occur.

What issue are you having where you need to have the Order Receipt settings to be the same as on production? Perhaps we can help find a workaround for that.
