Is there an outage?

We are getting reports that Clover Mini's and Flex devices are not lighting up to accept transactions? Does anyone know if there is an outage?

Also, is Clover Support answering the phone? I have been on hold now for 1:15 minutes.

There is a disruption that impacts Cloud Pay Display particularly. In short, POSes already connected to CPD are able to continue communicating, but ICloverConnection#initializeConnection may fail.

If you are creating and disposing of cloverConnectors on a per-transaction basis, I suggest your merchants use native Clover apps like Sale.

Also, certain payment functionalities like refund and tipAdjust are impacted.
