App stuck in Pending Approval

Usually an APK update is approved daily, or at most 3 days.

Our latest release has been stuck in "Pending Approval" for over 7 days. Is there any way to fix this?

We submitted our App "FeeEliminator" now over two weeks ago. What is going on, we are loosing valuable marketing time!
