Test Credit Card 4264281511117771 always results in "Charge declined: DECLINED: No reason provided."

I have setup the Clover emulator multiple times but cannot seem to complete a test credit card transaction. I always get the above message about DECLINED transaction.

Hi ntotura,
Test cc details:
Credit card number= "4242424242424242"
CVV_NUMBER = "123"
EXP_MONTH = 10;
EXP_YEAR = 2000;
Try this, it worked for me.
